Is a versatile solution for SAT-IF distribution over fiber optics, enabling efficient transmission of satellite, DVB-T, and DAB signals with minimal attenuation (0.3 dB per 1000 m). The TOST (Triax Optical Satellite Transmitter) serves as the core component, converting RF Wideband or Quatro SAT-IF for PON transmission. It features installer-friendly plug-and-play functionality with built-in Automatic Gain Control and Automatic Slope Control. The TOST has two separate optical transmitters (1310 and 1330nm) for wideband SAT-IF LOW and HIGH bands, combined into a WDM signal for single-mode fiber cabling. The headend unit’s optical output can drive up to 64 optical splits directly, or up to 128 splits with TWOC optical wideband receivers.
